An alumni of Deloitte, Jodi has over 25 years experience in financial acocunting and taxation. She strives to create systems and processes for businesses that can improve efficiency and profitability. She currently manages the operations of the firm encouraging collaboration with her staff to assist clients with the expertise necessary to manage the accounting and tax aspects of their businesses. She specializes in construction, real estate and medical clients.
She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, helping thousands of business owners set up and customize their accounting systems. Her approach with her clients is described as "comfortable sophistication" meaning she can take complex issues and explain them easily to clients.
She is an avid runner and has run six marathons including The Boston Marathon in 2008. She loves to spend time with her husband Kirk and her two teenagers.

Rob Sloan, MSA
Tax Manager

Rob serves as the firm's Technical Research Advisor. He specializes in complex tax situations such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate exchanges and partnership formation. He is an adjunct accounting lecturer at BSU and also teaches QuickBooks classes on a monthly basis. He specializes in the construction, medical, real estate and manufacturing industries.
Rob's passion is to create efficient processes to help clients be more profitable. He assist many clients with the financial analysis of their business helping them to succeed and increase profitiability.
Rob scored the highest score on the CPA exam for the State of Idaho. Nationally, he scored in the top 1% of exam takers. He also received the distinguished honor of Outstanding Graduate Student of Boise State University.
Rob enjoys spending time with his family, camping and just hanging around wiht friends. Go Broncos!

Anne-Marie Packwood

Anne-Marie began her accounting career as a staff auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP in Nurnberg, Germany specializing in manufacturing firms.
Currently, Anne-Marie focuses on the preparation of individual, corporate and partnership tax returns. She also has worked extensively with QuickBooks, consulting with clients on set-up, data conversion and troubleshooting.
In her spare time she loves to ski, travel and spend time in McCall. She has also run 2 marathons and several 1/2 marthons around the country. She has two children who keep her very busy when she's not at the office.

Joni brings over 15 years of accounting experience to Whittaker & Associates, Inc. Her diverse experience includes: wholesale, property development, automotive, payroll and employee benefit programs. She also has experience in the governmental sector. She specializes in payroll and QuickBooks consulting. In addition, she serves several clients as their Outsourced CFO.
She is also experienced in taxation and has prepared both federal and state returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
In her spare time, Joni and her husband enjoy their children's sports activities, traveling, and gardening.

Jason Everman
Staff Accountant

Jason is a staff accountant at Whittaker & Associates, Inc. He is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting at Boise State University. Jason specializes in bookkeeping and payroll, as well as QuickBooks consulting. Jason has experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, tracking inventory and inventory costs, and bank and credit card reconciliations. Jason works with architectural firms, landscaping contractors, home builders, law offices, consulting firms, restaurants, and importing companies.
In his free time Jason enjoys camping, fishing, riding and racing offroad motorcycles, and spending thime with his family.

Anya Oates
Office Manager

Anya has been with the firm since the summer of 2007. She is responsible for maintaining smooth office operations while catering to specific client needs. She has quickly gained valuable knowledge inthe fields of accounting and individual tax preparation through various structured courses. This results in her having the ability to better serve the firm and its clients. She is also responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and invoicing for Whittaker & Associates, Inc.
In her spare time she thoroughly enjoys summer activities such as camping, fishing, and swimming. She also likes to read books on philosophy.
